HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ROO! DELIVEROO MARKS SIX YEARS IN IRELAND BY GIVING AWAY 1,000 TUBS OF BEN & JERRY’S

14th April 2021: Deliveroo celebrates its 6th birthday in Ireland this week. It’s hard to believe that it served its first Irish order in Dublin 6 years ago and now more than 1,800 restaurants across the country keep the nation fed morning, noon and night - time flies when your belly is full!

To mark the special occasion, Deliveroo is teaming up with its best pals, Ben & Jerry’s, to do a major giveaway of Ireland’s favourite dessert across the nation.

From Cookie Dough to Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Deliveroo customers will be able to redeem a free 100ml tub of their choice using the code ROO6BDAY from any Ben & Jerry’s stores on the Deliveroo app from 11:30am this Friday. But customers better act quickly, because the voucher can only be redeemed 1,000 times across all six participating stores across Dublin, Cork, Galway and Limerick.


If you needed another reason to celebrate, although we doubt it, Ben & Jerry’s Cookie Dough flavour is also celebrating a birthday this year - it’s 30th in fact. With big delicious chunks of chocolate-chip cookie dough surrounded by creamy Fairtrade vanilla ice cream, Cookie Dough ice-cream is what dessert dreams are made of.
