DELIVEROO EXPANDS ITS PRESENCE IN IRELAND WITH KILDARE, LOUTH & MEATH ANNOUNCEMENT

15th November 2021: Following steady growth throughout the first three quarters of 2021, Deliveroo, the food delivery company, has today announced that it is continuing its expansion in Ireland by launching in counties Louth, Kildare and Meath.

This move sees the continuation of Deliveroo’s expansion throughout 2021 in Ireland with the food delivery service already providing food delivery in Cork, Galway, Limerick, Waterford and Wicklow.

Deliveroo, which launched in Ireland in 2015, works with more than 1,000 self-employed riders and over 1,800 restaurants across these cities.

This latest growth into Drogheda, Dundalk, Naas, Newbridge, and Navan will open new work opportunities for people in the local community who want the freedom to choose when, where and how to work.

Locals will now be able to enjoy popular restaurants such as KFC, Camile Thai, Burger King and Subway delivered to their doors in as little as 30 minutes.

Deliveroo has been a boost for local restaurants as the food delivery company helped many restaurants implement new delivery services to stay afloat when doors were closed to the public at the onset of the pandemic. By signing up with Deliveroo, restaurants can grow their business by widening their customer base and increasing sales.
