In celebration of World Pride Month, Deliveroo is letting customers update their Deliveroo app to Deloveroo on their home screen.

In celebration of World Pride Month, Deliveroo is letting customers update their Deliveroo app to Deloveroo on their home screen. The food delivery company will also be giving attendees of Dublin Pride on June 29th a chance to get their hands on free Scoop ice cream, by showing their love for one another on a giant kiss cam.

For daring Dubliners the kiss cam will open from 12-4 on Merrion Square giving away thousands of free gelato to those looking to lock lips in the name of pride. Deliveroo will send pics directly to participant emails, so everyone can have a memento of their special 3kiss and for those lucky they’ll make it onto Deliveroo’s giant kiss cam screen, giving them a starring role in Dublin Pride.

Donations will be welcomed for those locking lips, with 100% of proceeds going to BelongTo Youth Services.

This year, customers just need to visit the settings section of the Deliveroo app in order to update their Deliveroo home screen logo to Deloveroo. Across the world, Deliveroo is committed to championing inclusion in both its workplaces and the wider community by supporting local Pride festivals and charities that support the LGBT+ community.

Filipa Allen, Head of Marketing at Deliveroo Ireland said: “Deliveroo is now part of Dublin culture, so of course it was natural for us to help locals celebrate Pride and what better way than with one of our favourite local partners, Scoop. Pride is a time when we can come together to celebrate love and help champion LGBT+ inclusion and we’re thrilled to be taking part in the city’s celebrations”.

Deliveroo has also launched a limited edition Deloveroo rider kit, which will be available for free to Irish riders who wish to show their support for Pride during June.
