Simple and savoury, light and fluffy but very tasty. The sweetness of the scallions really comes through in this simple dish. We were surprised how tasty it was when we first made the recipe, highly recommend! Served with our dumpling dipping sauce.

Homemade Chicken Broth 濃縮雞湯
We debone our chicken thighs for our Salt and Pepper Chicken dish, and roast the bones before we make this chicken broth. We also make homemade gelatin from pork skin. Collagen extracted from the bones and the pork skin is what you need to keep your bones healthy and skin looking young.
