About Roly's Bistro
Roly’s Restaurant & Café originally opened in November 1992 and has over 80 members of staff working in front of house and in the kitchens to prepare the food that has made Roly's one of the most popular places to eat in Dublin. At Roly's we source the finest products, Irish and local where possible. The simple things are the norm at Roly's, we roast our own meats, chop our own herbs, make all our own sauces.
