About Dashi Sushi
Dashi Sushi is one of Cork’s favourite sushi joints for 10 years, with Japanese-style sushi complimenting a broader selection of pan-Asian dishes. Freshly caught fish is brought in from the local markets and kenmare and galway, before being prepared by head chef All trained by headchef Narahito Matsunaga based in London
