About Zaatar
Manaeesh or in singular form man ousheh, is a popular Lebanese and Levantine food consisting of dough topped with za'atar, cheese, or ground meat. It can be sliced and shared. All our manaeesh are made with the very finest ’00’ flour from Naples plus just the right amounts of yeast, water and salt. Time is key – the dough is left to ferment for 72 hours, resulting in an incredibly delectable, crispy yet chewy dough.
