About Tir Deli
We are a seasonal Irish deli. We make a small but considered selection of sandwiches and salad bowls focused on sourcing directly from local farms. we change our menus when the irish growers tell us too. then we smoke, cure, ferment, roast and braise at our lil shops on Baggot Street and Hatch Street.
