At BoBos we use prime young 100% Irish Heifer beef, less than 24 months old. It is fully traceable and supplied by Master Bucher Patrick Smith,Co. Westmeath, for over 10 years. All of the Beef and Chicken Patties are massive 7oz. We aim to provide pure, juicy, unprocessed Beef Patties that is additive-free with no added fillers or flavourings.
